 CHILI N WINGS THROWDOWN

  Contest Rules:

~     Arrive in a pick up.  The bigger the better.  If you don't have one, borrow one.  You may substitute an SUV if it's the size of a small house, gets 3-7 mpg and is made in the USA.  Whatever you drive must have a tailgate.

~     Tables are optional.  That's what tailgates are for.

~     You must name your booth and your food.  All good cooks do.  Decorate your booth in your favorite football team motif!  Banners show your name off real good so get creative with your name.  Sorry--"No Necks jus wings" is already taken.

~Cook it or bring it but do it all with no electricity! You may want to give this some careful thought!  Some of the best have used propane fish fryers, bbq grills, sterno cans.  You get the picture.  Youns will figure it out.

~Pleae don't try to talk Texan.  You won't fool anyone and that's how fights get started.

~Lawn chairs.  At least 2.  Any style.  Bring a tent...it works best to hang those dang decorations off of plus it'll keep the hot sun off your head if it's bald.

~Dropping names is a good way to make friends and influence folks at a throwdown.  Willie Nelson, Bobby Flay, and Brandon Bullard are good names to throw down.  Don't ever mentioni Texas.  That's how fights get started.

~Must provide a big ole pot of chili and/or at least 150 wings.  We are expectin a hungry crowd

~Teams are jus 4 people and no more.  Those 4 on the team get into the throwdown free but not more, so don't try sneakin any extras in.  Our bouncers are big and mean.

~It's also important to know what to wear.  Dress for comfort.  Shorts, sandals, barefoot--it really doesn't matter.  A ball cap with some sort of logo is also acceptable...the logo can be a beer brand, tractor brand, or football team (high school, college, or professional.  T shirts of any type with a logo or picture on the front works.  All shirts should have sleeves of some sort or someone might mistake you for a redneck and they won't share their beer and pig skins (the hot kind) which could be hazardous in care of a beer or food emergency....

AND THAT'S HOW FIGHTS GET STARTED
