The United Way of South Central Illinois fights for the health, education and financial stability of everyone in the communities we serve: Washington, Marion, Jefferson, Franklin, Hamilton, Wayne, White, Edwards and Wabash.
Over the years our business model has evolved from being a Community Chest offering emergency help in times of need to focusing on Community Impact. We have moved from merely collecting and distributing funds to identifying solutions and working with others to create change.
Every dollar makes a difference right here in South Central Illinois. The 2019 campaign revenue was made up of individual giving, company contributions and matches as well as proceeds from events.
